Max Super Speciality Hospital in Noida is seeking a seasoned security professional to lead day-to-day hospital security operations and oversee security manpower. The role focuses on safeguarding patients, staff, visitors and assets while ensuring adherence to NABH/JCI standards.

You will monitor access control, CCTV, parking, coordinate with departments and authorities, conduct rounds and drills, and maintain incident reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in hospital/healthcare security management.
• Preferably in hospital setting.
• Basic educational requirement is Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day hospital security operations and security manpower.
• Ensure safety and security of patients, attendants, staff, doctors, visitors and hospital assets.
• Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, parking and critical areas.
• Handle security incidents, theft, patient absconding, disputes and emergencies.
• Coordinate with hospital departments, security agencies, police, fire and other authorities.
• Conduct security rounds, inspections, drills and staff briefings.
• Maintain security records, incident reports, MIS and compliance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH/JCI and safety requirements.
• Identify security risks and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage outsourced security manpower and monitor performance.
