Job description

The Security Guard will be responsible for hospital security, visitor control, entry‑exit monitoring, patient and staff safety, parking coordination, emergency support, and security reporting at Kailash Healthcare, Greater Noida. This requires 10th or 12th pass qualification with 2–4 years of security experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital entry and exit points for patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Guide visitors politely and ensure proper visitor movement as per hospital rules.
• Maintain visitor registers, vehicle records, gate passes, and security logs.
• Support crowd control in OPD, emergency, billing, and waiting areas.
• Assist elderly patients, wheelchair patients, and emergency cases when required.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted hospital areas.
• Coordinate with reception, administration, emergency, parking, and housekeeping teams.
• Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, disputes, or incidents to seniors promptly.
• Support ambulance movement, emergency vehicle entry, and patient shifting when required.
• Monitor parking area and maintain traffic discipline around hospital premises.
• Follow fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation instructions.
• Ensure safe, secure, and patient-friendly hospital premises.
