Intelligent Community Management seeks an Assistant Security Manager INFRA to oversee day-to-day security operations, protect premises, staff, visitors, contractors and assets, and implement security policies.

You will monitor CCTV and access control, conduct risk assessments and audits, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services, manage security personnel, and drive continuous improvement across INFRA premises while collaborating with internal teams.

Role & responsibilities

The Assistant Security Manager INFRA is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations and ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, contractors, and company assets. The role involves managing security personnel, implementing security policies and procedures, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, conducting security audits and risk assessments, and ensuring effective incident and emergency management.

The Assistant Security Manager will coordinate with internal departments, facility management teams, law enforcement agencies, fire services, and other emergency response authorities to maintain a safe and secure working environment. The role also involves manpower management, vendor coordination, compliance monitoring, budget control, and continuous improvement of security operations across INFRA premises
