The candidate should bring extensive security management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication to coordinate internal teams and external agencies in a high‑footfall hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in security management, with exposure to large-scale facilities such as hospitals, airports, malls, or corporate campuses
• Strong understanding of security technologies, surveillance systems, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and authority
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities
• Candidates with local or regional language proficiency and familiarity with the area will be preferred.
