An Officer - Security is responsible for maintaining safety and security across the hospital premises, including monitoring access, visitors, staff, and vehicles. The conducts security rounds, responds to incidents and emergencies, maintains security records, and coordinates with hospital teams to support a safe environment.

• Monitor entry and exit points of the hospital.
• Verify and control access of visitors, staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular security rounds across assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems where applicable.
• Maintain visitor, vehicle, incident, and security registers.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Assist with crowd and visitor management.
• Support security arrangements during emergencies and high-traffic situations.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and report them to supervisors.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and emergency teams.
• Assist with fire and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Monitor hospital parking and vehicle movement where assigned.
