Job summary

Centre For Sight in Thane, Maharashtra seeks a seasoned sales and marketing professional to develop and implement strategies that increase patient acquisition, hospital revenue, and market share. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitals, eye clinics, diagnostic centres, or healthcare services.
• Prior experience managing a sales or field marketing team is preferred.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase patient acquisition, hospital revenue, and market share.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets for consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, and other ophthalmic services.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop referral networks.
• Build relationships with opticians, optical stores, general practitioners, physicians, diabetes clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, schools, colleges, NGOs, and residential communities.
• Promote services such as cataract surgery, LASIK/refractive surgery, retina care, glaucoma treatment, and comprehensive eye check-ups, as applicable.
• Develop promotional materials, brochures, banners, presentations, and patient awareness content.
• Conduct regular field visits to referral partners and potential corporate clients.
