Job summary

Eye-Q Vision Pvt Ltd in Gurugram is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new patient acquisition through doctor referrals, clinics, retailers, and community networks. The role focuses on building partnerships and scaling patient flow for eye-care services.

You will coordinate with clinical and operations teams to convert leads into appointments and optimize marketing campaigns across educational institutions and camps. Prior experience in healthcare sales or marketing is preferred.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Develop and manage corporate tie-ups to generate patient leads and business opportunities.
• Plan and execute eye-care screening camps(RWA/educational institutions/community camps) and ensure effective lead conversion.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and business generated through marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient conversion and service delivery.
