Job summary

Signode India Limited in Delhi invites an Assistant Manager - Sales to spearhead direct industrial sales within the IPS department. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving solution-based selling for CKD/SKD packaging in automotive supply chains.

The candidate should have a B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical and at least 5 years of experience in industrial or key accounts sales, with a proven track record of expanding business with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct Industrial Sales or Key Accounts Sales.
• Experience in developing business with new products, new solutions and to new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and probable applications through market research.
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing requisite support, guidance and recommending solution-based application
• Focus on solution selling to customers.
• Experience in automotive export packaging and supply chain operations, including CKD and SKD packaging management.
• Plan sales and achieve revenue, margins, and collections.
• Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction level.
• Coordinating for launch of new products in the assigned territory, putting in place initiatives to increase product visibility and drive volumes.
