Job summary

Signode India Limited in Delhi is seeking an Assistant Manager - Sales to drive new business in the IPS department. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering solution-driven outcomes.

The candidate should have a B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical and at least five years in direct industrial or key accounts sales, with experience in automotive packaging and CKD/SKD. Frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct Industrial Sales or Key Accounts Sales.
• Experience in developing business with new products, new solutions and to new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and probable applications through market research.
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing requisite support, guidance and recommending solution-based application.
• Focus on solution selling to customers.
• Experience in automotive export packaging and CKD/SKD packaging management.
• Plan sales and achieve revenue, margins, and collections.
• Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensure speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction level.
• Coordinate for launch of new products in the assigned territory to increase visibility and drive volumes.
