The role requires conducting detailed property walkthroughs, understanding buyer needs, and negotiating terms while maintaining customer trust and post-sale follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Drive closures of residential and commercial property sales through effective customer handling and relationship management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the organization.
• Convert walk-ins, site visits, digital leads, channel partner referrals, and corporate leads into bookings.
• Ensure timely and efficient follow-up of prospects through various stages of the sales funnel.
• Conduct detailed project presentations and property walkthroughs.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate inventory options.
• Address customer objections and concerns relating to pricing, project specifications, possession timelines, financing, and legal documentation.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers.
• Present pricing offers, payment plans, and promotional schemes as per company guidelines.
• Negotiate commercial terms while safeguarding company profitability.
• Drive booking closures and facilitate collection of booking amounts.
• Ensure completion of all documentation required for sales closure.
