Job summary

Elite Pro Infra is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive the real estate sales team in Gurugram. You will spearhead lead generation, client negotiations, and closure, while aligning sales efforts with marketing and operations.

You will mentor executives, track performance, optimize CRM processes, and develop strategies to meet revenue targets. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication, and a proven track record in real estate sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the real estate sales team to hit targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
• Generate leads via digital marketing, referrals, channel partners, portals, and other sources.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
• Handle customer negotiations, questions, objections, and timely closures.
• Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Monitor sales performance through reports, conversion rates, and pipeline analysis.
• Train and coach sales executives on products, techniques, and customer handling.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in CRM.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure revenue, bookings, collections, and targets are achieved.

• Train and coach sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer records and sales pipeline in CRM.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates for management.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, booking, collection, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
