Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced automotive professional to manage daily workshop operations, handle customers, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely, high-quality vehicle servicing and delivery.

You will handle customer needs, explain estimates, coordinate with technicians, monitor progress, and ensure on-time vehicle delivery while maintaining records and handling billing and issues. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor in an authorised car dealership or reputed multi-brand service centre.
• Diploma or degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of car servicing, repairs, diagnostics and workshop operations.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets and workshop management software.
• Strong customer handling, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and customer requirements simultaneously.

Responsibilities
