Job summary

Fixarohub Pvt Ltd is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area to serve as the primary contact between customers and the workshop team. You will greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, create service orders, explain repairs and costs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of work completed.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills with ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Practical understanding of vehicle maintenance and automotive repair to explain technical details clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customers, technicians, and management.
• Knowledge of basic automotive service processes, job cards, and scheduling; workshop/dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets for service documentation and records.
• Diploma or degree in automotive engineering or related field; experience may substitute education.
• Comfort communicating in English and local Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad languages.

Role Description

The Automotive Service Advisor at Fixarohub Pvt Ltd will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring clear communication and a smooth service experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, creating service orders, explaining recommended repairs and maintenance, and providing accurate cost and time estimates. The role also involves coordinating with technicians, tracking job status, updating customers, and ensuring vehicles are delivered on time with all requested work completed. The Service Advisor will manage customer feedback, handle basic service follow-ups, and support initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

• Knowledge of basic automotive service processes, job card creation, and service scheduling; experience in a workshop or dealership environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers or tablets for service documentation, customer records, and basic reporting.
• Diploma or degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is an advantage; relevant work experience can substitute formal education.
• Comfort communicating in English and local languages commonly used in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.
