Job summary

Infosys is seeking a senior Execution Manager for MEP&T works in Vizag and Kolkata. The role focuses on managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, access control, CCTV and security systems for new projects and retrofits in owned or leased buildings.

You will ensure execution aligns with design intent and maintains safety, quality, and schedule integrity. You will coordinate multi-system commissioning, control costs, and support green-certification efforts while driving innovation and compliance

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEP&T execution.
• Experience in new projects and retrofits for commercial buildings.
• Ability to manage multiple sub-systems and ensure design intent compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute MEP&T works for new projects and retrofits.
• Coordinate and commission HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and BMS systems.
• Oversee access control, CCTV and security system integration.
• Ensure alignment with design intent and project timelines.
• Support LEED and other green-building certifications.
• Manage safety, quality and cost during execution.
• Drive innovation and ensure on-site progress.

Job Description: Execution Management for all MEP&T (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Technology (BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual) works for new projects and retrofits in owned/leased buildings Manage execution of HVAC System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Fire Systems, BMS System, Access Control System, CCTV & Security system, for commercial buildings Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design

• Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings
• Quality and Cost Management during execution
• Safety Management in execution
• Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
• Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications
• Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines
• Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
• Manage other Infrastructure related works
