Job summary

Nykaa is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee last mile delivery, hub operations, route planning, scheduling and manpower management in Hosakote, Karnataka.

The role focuses on efficient use of resources via warehouse management system (WMS) implementation, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven warehousing improvements, and end-to-end warehouse management including reverse logistics. Graduation required with 4-9 years in supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of 3PL, Last Mile Delivery, Hub Operations, Route Planning & Dispatch Scheduling concepts.
• Graduation compulsory
