Responsibilities

• Handling and managing a 3PL End to End.
• Responsible for all metrics involved in the journey of a shipment.
• Managing a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring all metrics are distributed and handled accordingly.
• Performance management of the particular 3PL.
• Noise and escalations management for the specific 3PL.
• Answer stakeholder questions and resolve queries promptly.
• Maintain cordial relationships with the 3PL partner, ensuring performance and making strategic calls.
• Programming coordination for the particular 3PL to ensure smooth and transparent transactions.
• Reconciliation coordination with the concerned team for the particular 3PL to ensure smooth closures.
• Improve seller experience in favor of the company.

Preferred Candidate Profile
