Job summary

Flipkart in Bengaluru is seeking a senior supply chain professional to lead capacity planning for Last mile hubs. You will develop capacity plans, drive productivity, and implement cost-reduction initiatives across the logistics network.

The role requires 4-5 years in supply chain with MBA preferred, strong analytical skills with Power BI/Python, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to optimize last mile delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of supply chain experience (logistics or inventory & distribution planning)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop capabilities to demonstrate and plan capacities for Last mile hubs basis infra and resource availability
• Develop resource plans for Last mile hubs basis capacity ask
• Drive productivity improvement techniques to improve inhouse productivity and on field productivity
• Initiate and drive initiatives around cost reduction and speed improvement of last mile.
• Develop infra and optimize network for long term capacity throughput delivery.
• Design processes for effective and efficient utilization of systems and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to implement initiatives and processes around last mile delivery

Skills & experience required:

4-5 Years of relevant supply chain experience (preferably handled either logistics or Inventory and Distribution planning or both), MBA preffered

Rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills. The ability to work effectively independently. Accountability, initiative, integrity and maturity are pre- requisites.

Ability to work with Spreadsheets and R for doing daily analysis. Strong with data analytics. Power BI/python skills preferred.

Customer first Approach in Solving any problems and ability to Quantify the Risk to the Customer Metrics for any decision or approach
