Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Institutional Marketing to lead our institutional outreach initiatives. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of Institutional Marketing Executives, driving the effective implementation of marketing strategies, and building strong, long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. The ideal candidate should bring strategic thinking, proven marketing expertise, and excellent leadership skills to ensure the consistent achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Oversight
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch CDO team through the Branch Team Lead.
- Monitor daily lead collection from all team members, ensuring targets are consistently met.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development.
- Ensure accountability for lead quality and conversion rates.
Institutional Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute branch-specific institutional marketing plans in coordination with the Branch Team Lead.
- Maintain accurate, timely lead tracking and reporting systems.
- Identify and develop new institutional partnerships within the branch’s operational area.
- Build and maintain relationships with local institutional decision-makers.
Campaign Execution & Brand Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee branch-level campaigns, presentations, and promotional events.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied in all marketing materials and activities.
- Evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with central creative and digital marketing teams for branch-specific content, branding, and collateral.
- Coordinate with admissions and academic teams to ensure institutional messaging is consistent and aligned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Institutional Marketing, Educational Sales, Business Development, Student Recruitment, or Admissions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and drive enrollment growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits and business development activities.
