Intra Shiftix is seeking an HR Manager/Assistant Manager to lead recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement for a fast-growing rental business in Mumbai. The role covers onboarding, payroll, attendance, and ensuring manpower across rental sites.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of HR experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of labour laws. MBA in HR preferred and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
