Job summary

Trion Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in manufacturing to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and staffing. You will also manage employee performance, provide feedback and drive improvement plans, while overseeing payroll, compensation and benefits administration.

The role requires strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR policies, with excellent communication skills to liaise with management and staff in Chennai and beyond.
