Job summary

Venus Hr Consultancy Surat invites an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes in a manufacturing setting. You will handle onboarding, induction, confirmations, exits, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and maintain HR documentation including appointments and confirmations.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of HR Generalist experience, exposure to manufacturing or engineering sectors, and a solid understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
