Job summary

Cheil India in Gurugram is seeking a seasoned HR Operations professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retire and drive performance management processes. The role requires strong Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboard creation skills to provide actionable insights to leadership.

You will monitor Background Verification, maintain accurate HRMS records, and analyze key HR metrics to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in core HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting and dashboards.
• Understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience in Performance Management, BGV and HR operations.
• Analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to translate HR data into leadership insights.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
