Job summary

Concentrix in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) seeks an HR Business Partner to manage HR programs, partner with leaders, and drive employee engagement and performance across US shifts.

The role focuses on aligning HR strategy with business objectives, handling employee concerns, and delivering learning sessions while ensuring compliant HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, analysing, and implementing all HR activities including engagement, compensation & benefits, talent and performance management.
• Provide consulting to managers on team performance, management practices, HR policies, talent management and compensation.
• Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and support proactive HR solutions aligned with the organization’s strategies.
• Conduct initial orientation for newly hired or promoted employees and other HR learning sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data and HR processes using HRIS in compliance with policy and local laws.
• Collect, maintain and report HR metrics to aid management decision making; create visuals to communicate findings.
• Review HR trends and assist with changes and improvements.
• Communicate and reinforce company values, leadership behavior to build a high-performing organization.

Key Essentials:

The Role:

HRBP is responsible for evaluating, analysing, implementing, and administering Human Resources programs and working with key stakeholders to build a relationship of trust, ensuring alignment between Human Resources strategy and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating, analysing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent, and performance management.
• Provide consulting services, through cross-departmental partnerships, to managers regarding team member performance, management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensation.
• Receive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and support proactive Human Resources solutions in alignment with the organization's overall strategies.
• Conducting initial orientation to newly hired or newly promoted employees and other HR learning sessions.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws
• Collect, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of key Human Resources metrics to assist management in effective decision making; develop clear visuals to communicate findings.
• Review Human Resources trends in the market and assist with execution of changes and improvements.
• Communicate and reinforce the Company's values, philosophies, and Leadership Behaviour to assist in development of a high performing organization.
