Job summary

Concentrix, a Fortune 500 technology and services leader, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives in Pune. You will partner with managers to shape performance, talent decisions, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance and a high‑performing culture.

You will lead onboarding, track HR metrics, manage employee relations, and implement process improvements across shifts in a 5‑day WFO model, leveraging HRIS for accurate reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR Business Partner role
• MBA / Master's in HR (or Bachelor’s + Diploma)
• Knowledge of Bengali is a plus
• WFO in Pune with rotational shifts

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance management, HR policies, talent decisions, and compensation matters.
• Address employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals and organize onboarding, orientation, and HR training sessions.
• Maintain employee records and HR reports using HRIS, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Analyze HR metrics and create reports/dashboards to support decision-making.
• Support labor and employee relations cases with required documentation.
• Monitor HR market trends and implement process improvements.
• Promote company values, culture, and leadership behaviors.

Job Description

• Monitor HR market trends and assist in implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Business Partner role.
• MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources. (Candidates with a Bachelor's degree plus Diploma in a related field may also apply)
• Knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage/preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and 5 days work from office WFO.
