Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner in Chennai to partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people strategy initiatives. The role focuses on employee engagement, ER, stakeholder management, and performance management within a BPO environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of HRBP experience, preferably from ITES like GCC/SSC/GBS/KPO, with an MBA and a data-driven mindset to translate insights into business outcomes.

• Analyze attrition trends, HR metrics, and ROI of people programs to influence business decisions and enhance employee experience
