You will partner with leaders to manage employee relations, performance, talent development, recruitment, and HR operations in a fast-growing healthcare environment. This role requires 5–8 years in HR, MBA/PGDM in HR, strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, and hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR; LLB is an added advantage.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Healthcare / Medical Devices / Manufacturing sector preferred.
• Experience handling 500+ employees preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other key roles.
• Act as HR stakeholder for the Sales function and hiring priorities.
• Drive competency mapping and matrix development for critical roles.
• Identify gaps and support training, development, and succession planning.
• Develop role-wise competency frameworks, KRAs, and skill matrices.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Support performance management, engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Assist workforce planning and lifecycle management including onboarding and exits.
• Provide HR insights via MIS, dashboards, and recruitment metrics.
• Support HR audits, organizational development, and change management.
• Build strong relations between employees, HR, and management.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and manage key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent management, Recruitment ,HR operations, employee engagement, retention, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with business leaders, functional heads, and department stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and provide effective HR solutions.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and other business-critical positions, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
3. Act as a key HR stakeholder for the Sales function, working closely with Sales leaders to understand business needs, hiring priorities, team structure, and talent requirements.
4. Drive competency mapping and competency matrix development for critical roles in collaboration with functional heads.
5. Identify competency gaps and support training, development, and succession planning initiatives based on business requirements.
6. Develop and maintain role-wise competency frameworks, KRAs, and skill matrices for key functions.
7. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in coordination with business stakeholders.
8. Support performance management, appraisal processes, employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
9. Support workforce planning and employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
10. Provide HR insights through MIS, dashboards, manpower reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce analytics to management.
11. Support HR audits, organizational development, change management, and other strategic HR projects as required.
12. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a bridge between employees, HR, and management to ensure effective people management

Candidate Profile

• MBA / PGDM in HR; LLB is an added advantage.
• 5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in Healthcare / Medical Devices / Manufacturing / Corporate sectors preferred.
• Experience handling 500+ employees preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS / HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with senior management.
