The Manager - HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and extensive experience partnering with senior leadership to deliver impactful HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and department heads.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
• Lead workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Drive people-related decision-making through data, insights, and analytics.

Employee Relations & Culture

• Lead resolution of complex employee relations matters, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Foster a positive work culture that drives employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Partner with leaders to maintain organization values and culture.

Talent Management

• Develop and execute talent management strategies including succession planning and leadership development.
• Support strategic hiring initiatives for critical and leadership-level positions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to strengthen talent pipelines.

Organization Development & Change Management

• Drive organizational effectiveness and change management projects.
• Support business transformations, restructuring, and organizational redesign efforts.
• Recommend and implement HR interventions to enhance performance and engagement.

Performance & Capability Development

• Lead performance management cycles and talent review discussions.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend learning and development interventions.
• Coach and mentor managers on people management and leadership effectiveness.

HR Leadership

• Mentor and guide HRBP team members and junior HR professionals.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to implement HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements

• 9+ years of progressive HRBP experience.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, change management, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Strong communication and influencing capabilities.
• Experience managing large teams/business units in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
