Summary

The Assistant Manager HR plays a pivotal role within the Human Resources function of a dynamic IT Services organization, driving talent acquisition, seamless onboarding, and positive employee relations. This position is essential in supporting the company’s growth by attracting top-tier IT professionals, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering a culture of engagement and retention. With 5–9 years of progressive HR experience, this professional will help shape a high-performance workforce aligned with the organization’s technological innovation and service excellence goals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
• Support HR initiatives related to performance management, training, and employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports on recruitment metrics, onboarding success, and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements across all HR activities.

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• 5–9 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations in the IT or technology services industry.
• Proven expertise in IT recruitment, including sourcing technical talent (developers, engineers, project managers, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and empathy.
