Recruitments

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT full time / intern roles.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to hire top talent.
• Review background check reports for candidates in the offer stage.

Employee Engagement

• Manage attendance, payroll and performance tracking.
• Performance discussions, right expectation setting through quarterly evaluations, goal-setting, peer review, assessment appraisal process, periodical employee development discussions and regular performance feedback.
• Resolving conflicts, employee management, employee issues, grievances redressal.

Learning & Development

• Facilitate induction, onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Support continuous development and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience at least 3+ years in recruitment, payroll, and employee management.
• Expert in manpower planning, strong hands‑on job portals, employee engagement.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• High integrity and reliability; keen judgement and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and application tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
