Job summary

NYK Shipmanagement (NYKSM) in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to drive full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers to craft precise JDs, manage a small TA team, and ensure timely position closures while monitoring key metrics and industry salary benchmarks.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, up-to-date hiring practices, and strict adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in handling end-to-end TA.
• Experience handling niche and leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Talent Acquisition function by focusing on closure of positions as per TAT for Non-IT positions.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and prepare the JD as per the requirement.
• End to end stakeholder management.
• Drive the team of 2 people and ensure the performance targets are met.
• Responsible for sourcing and screening of niche and leadership positions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and best hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics (eg: time-to-fill, quality of hire) and optimize hiring strategies accordingly.
• Update, maintain and share Recruitment tracker on weekly basis with business and internal team.
