Club Mahindra is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional in Chennai to lead full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining. You will drive self-sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and coordinate interviews while conducting screening.

You will orchestrate walk-ins and bulk hiring campaigns, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely closures. You will follow up on offers to improve joining ratios and build a strong hiring pipeline.

Formación

• 4–7 years TA experience (Sales hiring preferred).
• Strong in self-sourcing & bulk hiring.
• Good communication & stakeholder management.
