Job summary

Experience of 9-12 years in HR and MBA/HR-equivalent education is preferred. Based in Gujarat, the role involves HR policy implementation and liaison with HODs.

Qualifications

• MBA - HR or related HR degree is required.
• 9-12 years of HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower organogram with management approval.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct screening and evaluation of candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews (in-person and virtual) to assess skills and culture fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process through HRMS (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks).
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles.

• Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidate’s technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks through HRMS.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles within the industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and present job offers to be selected candidates.
• Preparation of Notes for approval from Management.
• Maintaining track of joining of offered candidates & continuous follow up with candidates.
• Employee MIS preparation as per Management requirements
• Interfacing with management & HOD for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core objective.
• Carrying out induction / orientation program to the new recruits.
• Joining & exit formalities, documentation process, updating all new staff details in HRMS.
• Developing channel partners, vendor management, conducting campus recruitment and attain Job fairs.
