Job summary

Guiltfree Industries in Kolkata invites an experienced HR Generalist to drive group-wide people initiatives and partner with business teams across entities.

The role covers HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and lifecycle management, with a focus on analytics, stakeholder management, and a strong candidate and employee experience.

You will also coordinate HR reports, MIS and dashboards to support decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 management institute.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience across HR Generalist and/or specialist HR domains.
• Experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Analytics/MIS.

• Support and coordinate Group-wide HR and strategic people initiatives across multiple business entities.
