Job summary

Sharekhan in Mumbai is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to manage onboarding, activation, and lifecycle support for Business Partners. You will serve as the main single point of contact for partner queries and issue resolution, ensuring smooth operations.

You will drive partner engagement through field visits and governance reviews while maintaining audit readiness and process compliance. The role also covers partner exits and Full & Final settlements, with cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Partner onboarding, activation, training, and lifecycle support.
• Act as the primary SPOC for partner operational queries and issue resolution.
• Drive partner engagement through regular field visits and governance reviews.
• Ensure audit readiness, process compliance, and timely closure of observations.
• Manage partner exits and Full & Final settlement processes.
• Improve process efficiency and quality control across partner operations.
• Support Business Partner capability development and software adoption.
• Reduce backend workload through effective operational support and coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless partner servicing and issue resolution.
