Job summary

Sharekhan is seeking a proactive Start-up Support and Operations Associate to assist new business partners with software installation, processes and product understanding on risk, operations and compliance.

You will implement new processes and provide in-person training, and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports.

You will also handle partner queries related to trading, mutual funds, IPO, DP, risk and account opening, and support audits to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Start up support for new business partner through software installation, processes & product understanding on risk, operations & compliance.
• Implementation of New Process, product implementation through visits & continuous in person training.
• Preparing Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports and Prepare Daily Management MIS.
• Handling Business partner Queries Related to Trading, Mutual fund, IPO, DP, Risk, Account opening, settlement, accounts & Compliance.
• To verify, check and elevate in case of any wrong doing is noted by internal / external participants who may cause harm to the companys interest.
• Audit processes to ensure best processes are installed at each unit. Conduct Regular Audits for local partners.
• Manage and ensure high levels of client serving through support to business team by knowledge sharing / providing training to sub-brokers and employees for smooth operations of day to day activities.
