Job summary

Skylark Feeds is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor in India to plan, supervise and monitor feed production, ensuring targets are met with optimal resource utilization and adherence to SOPs and GMP.

The role requires leading cross‑functional teams across all shifts, tracking performance, implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S and TPM initiatives, and coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch for seamless plant operations.

• Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, machine performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze reports, maintain MIS and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch for seamless plant operations.
• Train, guide and motivate team members while promoting safety and discipline.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM and cost optimization initiatives.
