Job summary

Pulikkuth Enterprises in India is seeking a Production/Manufacturing Manager to supervise daily production activities, plan schedules, and ensure targets are met within budget. You will coordinate with multiple teams, monitor material availability, and drive cost efficiency and quality compliance.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience in production management, preferably in food manufacturing/FMCG, with strong leadership and process optimization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Production/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing management.
• Experience in food manufacturing/FMCG industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and process management.
• Proven team and manpower management experience.
• Understanding of quality control, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to meet production targets and improve productivity.
• Cost control and waste reduction knowledge.
• Familiarity with machines, equipment, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
