• Oversee daily food production operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand
• Manage and supervise production staff, providing training and performance feedback
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely arrival of ingredients and materials
• Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols according to regulatory standards
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and consistency
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely distribution of finished products
• Develop and manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs
• Resolve any production-related issues that may arise and provide timely solutions
• Participate in the development and optimization of new product recipes and processes
