Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant operations, production, maintenance, quality, safety, and manpower to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
• Monitor production efficiency, OEE, capacity, and costs to optimize performance.
• Ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime and losses.
• Lead Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, PPC, EHS and other plant functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity, waste reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Monitor material availability and consumption in coordination with Stores and Supply Chain.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review plant MIS, production and cost reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with senior management, customers, vendors and authorities.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, OEE, capacity utilization, and operational costs.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations while minimizing downtime and production losses.
• Lead and coordinate Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, PPC, EHS, and other plant functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction, productivity improvement, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
• Monitor raw material availability, inventory levels, and material consumption in coordination with Stores and Supply Chain teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for plant performance and take corrective actions where required.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, work instructions, and customer specifications.
• Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and review plant MIS, production reports, cost reports, and performance dashboards.
• Manage manpower planning, training, performance, discipline, and workforce productivity.
