Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager - Outlet to support the Outlet Manager in running the outlet as a successful profit centre, delivering Hyatt standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideally, candidate holds a diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management and has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or large restaurant.

You will work with the team to maintain service quality and achieve budget targets.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's brand standards and budget.
• Support the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet as a profitable independent centre.
• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through consistent service quality.
