Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager for The Standard, Mexico City, to support the Outlet Manager in running the outlet as a profitable unit aligned with Hyatt's standards.

You will help maximize guest satisfaction, manage daily operations within budget, and contribute to financial performance while upholding brand concepts at this premium property in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in running the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre within budget.
• Help ensure maximum guest satisfaction while maintaining Hyatt International standards and brand concepts.
