Job summary

Hyatt Group is seeking a Team Leader - Outlet to assist the Outlet Manager in delivering courteous, professional and flexible service at all times at our Gurgaon property. You will help run the outlet efficiently in line with Hyatt's standards.

Ideally you hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, with at least 2 years in hotel operations, and strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outlet Manager to ensure efficient outlet operation according to concept statement.
