Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to support the department's efficient operation in line with Hyatt's standards. The role includes supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and general ledger activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

The candidate should have a university degree or diploma in Finance/Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a larger operation, and

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Accountant or Senior Accountant in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Supervise and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, bill collection, general ledger, income audit, financial reporting, statutory compliance and all related areas.
