Fleetx is looking for an experienced ERP Sales professional to drive new business growth by selling ERP/software solutions to B2B clients. The role will focus on lead conversion, consultative selling, client engagement, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end ERP software sales from lead generation, qualification, product demo, negotiation to closure.
• Generate and convert B2B leads through inside sales, outbound prospecting, referrals, and market research.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets by building a strong sales pipeline and maintaining healthy conversion ratios
• Understand client requirements and deliver consultative ERP solutions to fleet owners, transporters, and enterprise customers.
• Build strong client relationships, handle objections, track follow-ups, and ensure successful deal closure and handover.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in ERP / SaaS / Software Sales.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Good exposure to inside sales and lead conversion.
