Job summary

Rocket Flyer Technology in Pune is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive ERP and SAAS B2B opportunities. You will own outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and initial customer calls to meet monthly revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales, with ERP and SaaS experience and a background in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or food retail being beneficial. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/BBA/B.Tech/B.E degree is required.
• Must have experience in ERP Sales.
• Experience in SAAS Based Product B2B Sales is required.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Transport/Logistics Sector/FMCG/Food Retail preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Strong prospecting to build a robust outbound pipeline.
• Schedule demos and provide in-depth information to the Sales team.
• Own prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification & initial calls.
• Conduct market research to identify new sectors and prospects.

Job description

• Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
• Data-mining, Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media.
• Understanding the company's services and offerings to integrate into various marketing strategies.
• Experience of working on ERP or CRM Systems is a must
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
• Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research.
• Meet or exceed the assigned quota of a minimum of 50 calls / 30 emails per day with 7-9 connects..
• Scheduling the most qualified and productive demos while also providing in-depth information to the Sales team.
• Own prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification & initial customer calls to ensure the team meets monthly revenue targets
• Undertake market research to identify new and potential sectors, organizations, and functions for the product.
• Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understand their requirements and qualify them
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
