D’LIFE Home Interiors is seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to oversee residential interior projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely completion, and quality standards. You will coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track and within budget.

The role requires hands-on site involvement in Chennai, strong communication and team-management skills, and the ability to read drawings and BOQs.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified in Civil Engineering with 2–5 years of experience in residential interior projects.
• Ability to read interior drawings and BOQs.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai and, if needed, commute by two-wheeler.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing residential interior projects.

• Coordinate with carpenters, installation teams, electricians, plumbers, and vendors.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Project Manager to manage and coordinate residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, timely completion, quality standards, and effective coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing residential interior projects.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with carpenters, installation teams, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review site measurements, BOQs, material requirements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate material dispatch, delivery, and installation activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments for drawings, procurement, logistics, and material requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
• Support the collection of project payments as per agreed schedules.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in residential interior project execution.
• Good knowledge of interior site execution, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs.
• Strong coordination, communication, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Chennai.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
