Job summary

Torex India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for interior fit-out projects at project sites in Punjab. You will supervise daily execution, coordinate civil and finishing works, and ensure compliance with drawings and schedules.

The role requires a civil engineering diploma/degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-outs. Proficiency in reading drawings and basic AutoCAD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
• Practical knowledge of site execution, measurements, billing, BOQs and finishing materials.
• Established vendor or subcontractor contacts for stone, tiles, gypsum, carpentry and related works.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate multiple agencies at site.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Willingness to work at project sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities for civil and finishing works, including stone, tile, gypsum and false ceiling, painting, carpentry, doors, partitions and related services.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOQs and specifications; identify site discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Prepare and verify measurements, BOQs, quantity records, subcontractor bills and client running account bills.
• Monitor work progress, quality, material usage and manpower deployment; maintain daily progress and site records.
• Coordinate with the project manager, client representatives, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Arrange and follow up with vendors and agencies for stone, tiles, gypsum, carpentry and other fit-out works.
• Ensure materials are available at site as per the work programme and approved makes.
• Inspect completed work and ensure defects or snags are rectified promptly.
• Follow site safety requirements and maintain proper housekeeping.

Monthly Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

Annual CTC: 4.20 - 5.40 lakh
