Job summary

Woven Talent is seeking an experienced professional for Electrical Automation & Maintenance leadership. The role focuses on troubleshooting, programming Siemens PLCs (S7) via TIA Portal, SCL, HMI/SCADA, drives and servo systems, and ensuring rapid fault resolution across CNC/SPM machines.

You will drive TPM/RCM-based maintenance, optimize utilities, and lead a team to maximize uptime. Responsibilities include RTR_UPTIME, CAPA implementation, and CAPEX project support; work involves OEM

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics.
• Asst. Mgr: 10-15 years in electrical maintenance of CNC/PLC/SPM machines.
• High School, Intermediate & Graduation: minimum 60% in each stage.
• All courses must be full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, programming, and optimization of PLCs, HMI/SCADA, drives, and servo systems.
• Diagnose complex control system faults and ensure fast resolution.
• Support system upgrades, logic modifications, and automation improvements.
• Maintain plant utilities like HT/LT, RMU, Transformer, DG, compressors, HVAC, and WTPs.
• Drive structured maintenance systems: PM, TPM, and RCM.
• Establish maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Ensure high uptime of CNCs, SPMs, automated lines, and robotics.
• Perform RCA, CAPA, and reliability improvements; monitor MTBF/MTTR.
• Lead maintenance engineers and technicians; promote safety and ownership.
• Lead digitization, OEM coordination, and CAPEX project support.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
• Asst. Mgr: 10-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance of CNC/PLC/SPM machines.
• High School, Intermediate & Graduation: % should not be less than 60 in each stage.
• It should be all full-time course only.
• Age Bracket: 36 Years Max.

Roles1. Electrical Automation & Assembly line Maintenance Expertise (Core Requirement)

• Lead troubleshooting, programming, and optimization of:
• Siemens PLCs (S7 series) using TIA Portal
• SCL (Structured Control Language) programming and modification
• HMI, SCADA, drives, and servo systems
• Diagnose complex control system faults and ensure fast resolution.
• Support system upgrades, logic modifications, and automation improvements.
• Must be good technical understanding of plant Utilities like HT/LT, RMU, Transformer, DG,
• Compressor, HVAC system, WTPs etc.

2. Maintenance Management & Methodologies

• Drive and implement structured maintenance systems including:
• scheduled &Predictive Maintenance
• TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
• RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
• Develop maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and reliability.
• Establish robust maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution systems.

3. Plant Equipment & Utilities Availability

• Ensure high uptime of:
• SPMs, CNCs, automated assembly lines, robotic systems
• PLC-controlled machines and special process equipment
• Utilities (compressors, substations, DG sets, etc.)
• Continuously focus on zero breakdown and zero unplanned downtime.

4. Breakdown Analysis & Reliability Engineering

• Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical failures.
• Implement CAPA and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve MTBF, MTTR, PM adherance.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and mentor maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Build strong capability in automation diagnostics and maintenance practices.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and safety.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety and hazardous industry norms.
• Maintain compliance with statutory standards and internal protocols.
• Ensure effectiveness of earthing, interlocks, and machine safety systems.

7. Projects, Digitization & OEM Coordination

• Lead automation improvement, modernization, and digitization initiatives.
• Work closely with OEMs for advanced diagnostics and remote troubleshooting.
• Support CAPEX projects including technical evaluation and commissioning.
