Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT/Tech to deliver website enhancements and fixes on time.
• Configure and maintain products, pricing, and availability in the commerce platform.
• Download, monitor, and reconcile transactions/orders; publish periodic MIS to stakeholders.
• Monitor Google Analytics (or equivalent): traffic, conversion signals, and anomalies; flag issues early.
• Monitor customer flow through CRM console (including WhatsApp-led journeys where applicable): lead inflow, journey status, drop-offs, exceptions, and customer needs; coordinate fixes/escalations with Tech/Ops.
• Maintain a simple operating rhythm: weekly priorities, open items, releases, risks, closures.
• Track issues end-to-end: assess impact, elevate correctly, ensure closure with validation.
• Maintain basic documentation: change notes, known issues, process notes.
