Growth For Impact in Pune, Maharashtra, India is seeking an experienced Proposal & Procurement professional to lead vendor engagement and bid evaluation for PBEN & PCTP projects. The role requires coordinating with vendors, engineering and proposal teams to ensure technically sound and commercially favorable offers.

You will manage end-to-end vendor communications, review quotations, and maintain thorough documentation while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, or procurement.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines under pressure.
